These terms apply to the public GameForm AI Studio marketing website and demo request experience. Product access, paid plans, service levels, data processing and studio usage require a separate commercial agreement. This draft should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

1. Website purpose

The website provides information about the planned and evolving GameForm AI Studio product. Interactive product scenes are marketing simulations and may not represent every capability, integration or interface available in a commercial release.

2. Early-access information

Pricing, availability, included usage, billing cadence and feature coverage are confirmed during onboarding. A displayed amount does not create a binding offer until commercial terms are accepted by both parties.

3. No unauthorized claims

A demo request does not create a confidentiality obligation. Confidential evaluation should begin only after an appropriate agreement is in place.

6. Intellectual property

The GameForm name, visual identity, website design, copy and product concepts are owned by or licensed to Osten Games, except for third-party names and open-source software identified separately. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use the public website.

7. Availability and changes

The website and product descriptions may be updated, interrupted or removed without notice. We do not guarantee that a particular feature, specialist, engine workflow or integration will remain available.

8. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Product simulations, AI-generated outputs and planning examples require human review and are not substitutes for professional engineering, legal, security, financial or production judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameForm and Osten Games are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the public website or reliance on its marketing simulations.

Third-party sites, tools and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. GameForm is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
