This policy explains how GameForm AI Studio, a product by Osten Games, handles information submitted through this website. It is a practical website policy and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad commercial launch.
1. Information we collect
When you request a demo, we may collect your name, work email, studio, team size, primary engine, production stage, project description, consent choice and campaign attribution parameters. The website may also process technical information such as browser user agent and a one-way hash derived from the request IP address for abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
We use the information to evaluate and respond to demo requests, understand studio workflow needs, prevent automated abuse, improve the website and measure campaign performance. We do not use the form to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Lead storage and email delivery
The HostGator deployment can store demo requests in a protected server file and can send a copy to a configured business inbox. The hosting administrator is responsible for access controls, retention, backups and removal of exported lead files.
4. Legal basis and consent
The demo form asks for consent to contact the requester about the submitted inquiry. Depending on the applicable law and relationship, processing may also rely on steps requested before entering a business relationship and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service.
5. Sharing
Information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, CRM or security providers configured by GameForm or Osten Games. We do not sell personal information. Provider terms and data locations should be reviewed before activation.
6. Retention
Demo request data should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, sales operations, security and legal obligations. The site administrator should define and enforce a retention schedule before launch.
7. Security
The deployment includes same-origin checks, a hidden bot trap, server-side human verification, IP and email rate limiting, single-use verification challenges, input validation and protected server storage. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Confidential game assets should not be submitted through the public demo form.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with a demo request, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Use the contact channel published by GameForm for privacy requests.
9. Cookies, verification and analytics
The demo form uses a short-lived first-party PHP session cookie only to validate the server-side human-verification challenge and reduce automated flooding. The delivered site does not install a third-party analytics platform by default. It prepares a local dataLayer for future analytics configuration and stores UTM attribution in session storage. Any later analytics, advertising or third-party CAPTCHA tools must be disclosed and, where required, consent-managed.
10. International use
GameForm is built in Brazil for global studios. Cross-border processing safeguards and local legal notices should be reviewed when the commercial service expands into additional jurisdictions.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product, hosting or data practices change. The revised date should be updated on this page.
